Skills and Profile: Experience should include a BS / MS Degree in Engineering or equivalent plus 3-5 years of experience as a project manager leading cross functional teams. PMP certification and experience in Theory of Constraints and Product Life Cycle methodology are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office software is expected.

Responsibilities: Lead both product and customer design and build projects, bringing them in on time on budget with the desired specification. Lead project teams. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining communications with customers and making sure milestone deliverables are received by the customer on time. Use the Power Innovations Product/Project Management Process to ensure product quality and schedule required reviews. Ensure the team documents everything. Use the Theory of Constraints or Critical Chain analysis to balance resources across multiple projects.
